The condos are always clean and adequately furnished. Whenever we had a concern, it was immediately addressed. Tiffany has always been efficient and helpful. She returns calls, clarifies problems, and goes out of her way to make us feel like we are honored guests. Our two units were absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the beachfront property and patio! Thank you for accommodating us. The condos are centrally located and the snorkeling was one of our many highlights. We loved that the beach was private. I had many questions and Tiffany responded to them all. It was a pleasure working with her. I cannot commend/say enough about the staff. I thought Debbie was a sweetheart. She was friendly and answered all our questions. In the mornings I ran into the maintenance crew and they were so friendly. These little things made our vacation so much better. Your staff is amazing. The grounds were immaculate. When you compare the cost to what we have paid in the past to stay in Grand Cayman it was a great value. To hear the waves and watch the sunset from the lanai, it doesn't get any better. The process was so easy I felt I must have missed something! But everything was taken care of for us. Check-in was easy. Maid service was more than we expected. The condo was well maintained. Location was great. Everyone on the phone in Iowa was helpful, patient & very knowledgeable. The property is very well managed. I was provided with a lot of information all of it useful & accurate. My overall experience was positive. All Cayman onsite help was friendly & helpful. Debbie is great & accommodating. I wanted to say in my own words how much we enjoyed this trip!! For my kids to say that the vacation was "awesome" just validates our story. I could not have asked for better service from Tiffany or Debbie and everybody we met on the Island. It was definitely the best vacation we have ever experienced and will, without a doubt, be returning - hopefully as soon as next summer. We, as well as our friends that joined us, were very pleased with TIC in all aspects. The accommodations were excellent, the grounds were clean and picturesque, and the atmosphere was family-friendly - even with the swim-up bar. And there was usually a security person around to keep things under control, which was a nice touch. Since returning, I have recommended the Condo/Island to just about everybody I meet that will listen to what I have to say about the trip. We feel that the slightly higher prices on the Island are a fair trade for the safety, beauty, and hospitality that we experienced from beginning to end!!!
